My wife and I were in the Peace Corps in Ecuador during the late 1980's. While traveling through Bolivia and Peru in the 80's and 90's we began collecting Bolivia textiles from Sucre, Potosi and Cochabomba. Many of the textiles we aquired were very similar to the ones described in this book. With this book we really began to feel we had a understanding of the history of the textile art.

Sn excellent resource if you own or wish to acquire Bolivian Textiles.
