Amazon pointed me to a large number of options to find copies of the "Bombay Palace Cookbook" which contain americanized versions of traditional Indian recipes. Because the condition of the book wasn't critical, I ordered a used book which was described as "like new." Boy, was that ever the truth. The only way to tell it was used was a handwritten note inside the cover regarding it as a gift to Richard and Emmy. I saved a lot of money and the book is fabulous.
