This review is from: Bomber Squadrons at War Nos 57 and 630 Squadrons: Nos. 57 and 630 Squadrons (Hardcover)
If you have some casual interest in WWII aviation history, this will appeal to you. It starts back in World War I with some surprising and novel insights, and then tracks No 57 Squadron through WWII's ups and downs, the formation of 630 Sqdn, and then up to almost the present day.Plenty of touching stories, a lot of unusual insight. A little confusing in some places, but a fascinating read.
