I purchased this product in August and could not get the soap to activate. It's simple enough, just slide the "switch" to "Soap." The instructions clearly state, to shake or turn the unit from side to side, if soap does not appear! I should have known from that, there was going to be a problem! I exchanged the unit and found that the instructions were only part right...Maybe a hammer should be included with the product..to get the soap to come out...It's too much of a hassle..I use it occasionally to clean the patio with the pressure nozzle!

My husband told me to buy this because it is better ! And he was right again! I just love our sprayer. It does a great job on my car! No need to wash your car by hand. I recommend this to anyone who washes their car at home. A+A+A+A+A+
