Whip up after-dinner cappuccino for guests without the hassle of an espresso machine with the Turbo Latte frother from BonJour. This steam-free frother foams milk to create a dry cappuccino or cold chocolate malt in seconds. While the frother creates foam with whole, soy, or goat milk; BonJour recommends cold nonfat milk for best results. Foam develops within seconds and will hold while users warm milk for a suggested 30 to 40 seconds in the microwave for hot beverages. Use of water-based powdered milk will not produce similar results. The frother’s compact size allows for easy travel anywhere.

This battery-operated frother features a sleek body with a touch button on top. Its stainless-steel rod and frothing disk were designed for optimum foaming efficiency. To produce foam, place the whisk near the base of the milk container, and slowly raise and lower the unit. To avoid splatters, turn the frother off before removing it from a beverage. To clean the frother, run the whisk in a cup of warm soapy water and rinse. Wipe the body with a damp cloth. Immersion of the frother body in water, or placement in the dishwasher will likely cause malfunction. This product requires the separate purchase of 2 AA batteries. I, too, recieved the wrong item. When I inquired,they sent me a replacement but it too was not the item pictured. I thought about keeping it, but the smaller version is very chintzy, and has no power at all. A big waste of my time, although customer service did try to help.
