Product Description

Bona Hard Surface Refresher is an easy to use top coat system for Stone, Tile, Laminate and Vinyl floors. Simply squirt the Refresher in a wavy line about 2-3 inches apart and only do sections at a time. Mop with the grain or flow than against it. Simply let dry according to directions on back of the bottle. Recommended to be applied with the Bona Applicator Pad.

I worked up my courage and tried it on a laminate surface even though I was a bit wary. For best results, be sure to vacuum and also remove any ground in dirt or stains (the kind that won't come up without a bit of effort). After that, you can simply apply the floor refresher. A specific Bona cloth is recommended but I went with a soft cloth and it worked fine.

While I didn't get a high sheen, the floor was noticeably brighter and shinier. This didn't leave a waxy film but does protect floors more than simply using a laminate floor cleaner. Dirt is easier to remove. It seems to form a light gloss over the floor and keeps dirt from reaching the surface. Of course it does come off over time but is well worth the effort to reapply, particularly in winter (if you have winter). It saves time when it comes to cleaning the floor (after the initial effort to apply the cleaner).
