We got bamboo floors installed in our livingroom and playroom and we tried the Swiffer WetJet we had on hand to clean the floor. After using that on a small section of the floor, we stopped because it left a film on the floor.

I did a little research and found that the Bona allegedly didn't leave a film on bamboo. I'm happy to say that it does not and leaves the floor felling great. It took a little extra rubbing to clean a few spots where there appeared to be Jello stuck on the floor (kids!) but it took it off without too much effort.

The mop heads are machine washable which I like (though I haven't tried it yet). No need to buy refills for the mop head! The only thing is that I'll probably need to think ahead a bit and order more floor cleaner spray because I've never seen it in the stores I go to.

Over the new year, I had my 60 year old oak floors refinished. The results were stunning. I fully intended to purchase a large dust mop from a janitor supply store, but figured I had better ask the floor refinisher his recommendation for care. He said that the absolute best hardwood floor care products were Bona, and that their microfibre dust mop would do far better than a cotton one. He went so far as to tell me where to find in in the local home improvement store (starts with L), since it was in the flooring aisle, not cleaning supplies.

Well, I had been using a Swiffer disposable dry mop pad, and I cleaned my floors with it...same as I'm used to, and it was 'okay.' Then I went back over it with the Bona microfiber dust mop and WOW! The amount of fine dirt and dust that came up was surprising, and I could see the difference in the floor. I'm very, very pleased with the product. I have not tried the spray-on restorer, but the refinisher guy said to use it only as needed, about 2-4 times per year.

If you have hardwood floors, you need the Bona cleaning products! It's nothing compared to the cost of a refinish (or a screen and recoat).

The BonaKemi cleaner is amazing. It leaves no residue and cleans very well. I love the microfiber mop cloth but the stick is so bad. It broke on just one use! I would recommend just buying the cleaner solution alone...

This system is fantastic!!! I have never found a cleaner that did not leave a film or residue on my dark hardwood floors. They are brand new and show every piece of lint. The cleaner is very effective and has no smell or irritants at all. The mop is super easy to use. You just spray the cleaner and wipe with the mop. It literally takes seconds to clean my floors and they look amazing. I LOVE that this product is so effective and it is environmentally friendly. I am a huge fan!

I just tried this for the first time today. I absolutely love the duster. I have 2 cats and a dog and I was planing on buying a 200$ roomba to help clean up all the hair. Well after I tried this I realized that I can put that 200$ in my savings account. It only takes me 2 minutes to pick up all the hair from my living room, kitchen, and hall way with the duster. When I am done then I take the duster outside and shake all the hair out and it forms a giant monster hair cloud. I can't believe how much stuff this duster picks up. The duster is machine washable for those of you who fear hair clouds. I love the way it just glides across the floor. I liked the cleaner too. It is easy to use and really brought out the beauty of my floors. The microfiber cloth doesn't leave any streaks like the one on my shark steam mop. This duster is much more effective and much cheaper than spending tons of money on Swiffer refill pads. Money well spent!

I was using a hardware store bought hardwood waterless cleaner with a mop. It seemed to work great, no complaints. Not broke, why fix?

Then I bought a new flat panel TV. How could that matter you may ask. Good question. Well, when I finally got rid of my 130lb Sony Trinitron Tube TV (that hasn't moved in 7+ years) I noticed that the floor around it looked pretty dull in the sun. Hmm - maybe I should reconsider that hardwood waterless cleaner I buy at the local hardware store...

So I Google and Amazon some solutions and stumble upon this product. It looked great! But from the comments I became concerned about the crappy plastic handle. I figured I would buy it, and worst case order a new handle from the manufacturer or fabricate my own.

Well, to my surprise my order showed up with a very well made and sturdy metal handle. I put it together and immediately used the reusable dust head. Loved it - worked great. It will almost certainly replace my Swiffer. Then I stuck on the reusable microfiber wash head and gave the floor a quick once over. I found that it "stuck" to the floor quite a bit and took more effort than I was accustom to move across the floor. Once I acclimated, it felt pretty natural.

But that's not really important - what were the results?! The results were better than I had hoped - the shine was restored and I can no longer tell where my ancient, monolithic, bloated television sat for the better part of a decade! I'll be ordering the 1 Gallon version of this product for refills as soon as I'm through the 32 oz spray bottle included in this product.

If you have hardwood floors, I don't think you can find better than the BonaKemi. Give it a go, you won't be sorry. I promise.

The BonaKemi Wood Floor Cleaning system was recommended by a professional home maid who I hire on occasion. Product works great leaving shiny woods floors without the residue of other products. Like other reviewers, the handle is weak and broke the second time time I used it. To the manufacturer's credit, they shipped a new telescoping metal handle (much stronger) and extra pads without charge that arrived within a few days of my call. The new handle will be included as standard in the near future per Bona. Otherwise, product really works well. Customer service was excellent.

I bought a bona hardwood floor cleaning kit several months ago and couldn't be more happy. the cleaning solution works great to clean my water based finish with no harsh chemicals. looks like new!

I did have a problem with the stick breaking, however I contacted bona via their website and they sent me a replacement within just a few days of me contacting them. It' been a long time since I've recieved such excellent customer service. A+ for bona. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

We just had new hardwood installed and this product was recommended by a friend. It has worked perfectly so far. I didn't want a shiny floor and this is just the right amount of finish.

I purchased this product last year. It came with a flimsy plastic handle that broke right away. Based on another review that said this issue had been fixed, I ordered another one. This one came with a very sturdy metal handle that seems like it will be very durable. I think it would be safe to ignore the negative reviews that focus on handle issues.

This system works very well and this particular package is a good value. I recommend it.
