Bought this floor care system after we installed laminate flooring in our kitchen and dining areas. We have 2 little boys (ages 2 and 4), and we live in our house, so we can have lots of little debris and small drips in our wake. The fluffy white dust mop attachment works great at gathering up even the littlest particles. It doesn't actually pick them up (which is why I say this is "almost perfect"), but you can push everything into a little pile very quickly and over a long distance. It does not leave anything in the micro-bevel edges of our laminate planks, either! I then use my dustbuster to finish the job. The blue microfiber cleaning pad works great with the spray. Just mist a light amount onto a section of the floor, and use the cleaning pad to clean up the sticky spots (think grape juice drips). It takes very little spray and it dries in seconds. I can clean my entire area from start to finish in under 10 minutes. Oh, and the very low-profile of the mop head means I can even get under the front of our range and fridge to get at whatever may have rolled under there! I also purchased a second dust pad and microfiber pad, and they're exact replicas of what comes in the kit. Don't know why some reviewers said they weren't the same as the originals...?

Mop pads: I agree with all the five-star reviews describing how wonderful these micro-fiber mop heads are. They're an improvement over earlier types of microfiber pads. These contain some stiffer fibers among the soft ones, so the fabric doesn't drag at all on the floor. And it's not a lie that these'll clean with just water; unless your floor has stubborn, dried-up cooking spills, you don't need any soaps or chemicals.

Mop handle/frame: Not durable at all. I've had three of them in different parts of the house, and 2 broke within 3 months of normal (not heavy) use. The plastic parts that hold the 3 sections of tubing together fail easily, and they can't be fixed with any tools, glue, or fasteners.

I suggest using the mop pads with a different microfiber mop that has a similar velcro-type holder underneath.

I found the BonaKemi liquid for laminate floors and loved everything about it except for having to get on my hands and knees to clean up spots or the entire floor. Then I came across this floor-care system and decided to try it. My only possible complaint is that the stick part of the mop tends to come apart if each piece is not securely screwed into another piece. Even with that comment, I still give this system 5 stars because it does a great job now that I've learned to secure all the pieces of the stick mop before trying to clean. The product works wonders on my laminate floors and I don't have to be on my hands and knees any more! Just be careful to buy the right size of replacement mop heads for this set.

I have had this now for over a month and I have to say that I love this mop! I spent a lot of time looking at all the other microfiber mops, wet & dry. I was overwhelmed by all of the reviews and really didn't know what to think. I really wanted to purchase one but decided to wait and think about it some more. The next day I went to our local hardware store (for something else) and happened to see this exact kit. I decided to buy it there (for about $10 more) and brought it home. When I started to assemble it I wasn't really paying much attention (my 2 year old was trying take the pieces out of my hands) and at first I thought the ends just snapped together. Then I realized I needed to pay attention! The connector ends are very unique and have not just the threaded screw end, but a "molly-bolt" type piece (sort of looks like a badminton birdie) on the screw end. It's really very clever...but if one isn't paying attention to this I can see how it would break. This piece also helps the handle feel more secure and to not detach! Later that day I cleaned my floors (we only have linoleum in the kitchen, laundry, and the bath) and it was the easiest mop I have ever used!! I love that the pad adheres by velcro and it is super easy to rip off, rinse, and put back on in the middle of cleaning! They are easy to throw in the washer and are superior quality. The white duster I keep on most the time and use 2-3 times a day to touch up the kitchen floors. The microfiber I use 1-2 times a week to 'clean' or scrub the floors. Little hassle and easy to use! I highly recommend this to everyone I personally know (and if they don't have one already they're getting one for Christmas!).

I love this kit. I installed very dark laminate floors downstairs. I also have two dogs that leave muddy prints all over the floor whenever it rains. I have tried all kinds of cleaning systems but nothing was what I needed. I just needed a quick mop that I could keep handy to quickly spot clean on those days that I had muddy foot prints and also something that didn't leave streaks or residue on my dark floors when I did a full cleaning. So I found this kit and it is perfect. No residue at all. I didn't like using swiffer type products because it was so wasteful to throw away a cleaning pad for spot cleaning. Now I just give a couple squirts and a few quick passes with the mop and the paw prints are gone. It is also easy to do a full cleaning because the mop is very wide so it is much quicker than a smaller swiffer. I also love how easy it is to clean! All in all, exactly what I needed.

this is the best mop/duster I've ever used. The thing I like best is pet hair washes off easily

Does a great job - but used one time and the unit came unscrewed. Very difficult to fix this issue.

5 stars for the pads and cleaning solution 0 stars for the mop, specifically the handle. Mine broke just like another reviewers picture shows literally within 5 minutes!

I love the spray but the mop fell apart after using it twice. They should really update their flimsy mop bc it's giving them a bad name. I would just buy the spray and find your own mop to go with it. Don't waste your money on the mop that's going to fall apart after the first few uses.

We just put in laminate flooring & weren't sure what to clean it with. Our neighbors recommended Bona. I found the actual cleaner at Walmart for a good price, but couldn't find the dust mop anywhere until I found it on Amazon. Works great!
