As revealed earlier, Bonanza - The Complete Fourth Season, Parts One & Two Bundle Pack, will be released on October 2nd, 2012, and is published by CBS DVD. Volume One contains five disks with 18 shows. volume Two contains four disks with the remaining 16 shows. Extras and SRP are yet to be revealed. This is the set to get. I can't hardly wait to pre-order this DVD bundle from Amazon ASAP !!!
The Ponderoasa never looked so good...have fun :) :) :)

As with the earlier sets - the quality is amazing. Series 4 has some really great episodes including The Hayburner which Bonanza fans have rated their favourite all time episode as well as the brilliant Elegy for a Hangman and this episode has a great extra of a commentary by Keir Dullea which not only covers the making but sets the background which was during the Cuban Missile Crisis - some interesting historial data. With winter coming up - watching this DVD is a nice way to spend the evenings

I was quite the tomboy when I was 9 and I used to tie a pillow (my saddle) to the arm of a rocking chair and ride my "pony" across the range on the Ponderosa along with the "Cartwrights". Now, when I hear that theme music again, I'm instantly returned to those wonderful years! These DVD's are fabulous. Great sound, colour, content ... and those incredible actors! I can't wait for Season 5!

I am so glad that I am the proud owner of all four seasons that have been released so far. I grew up watching Bonanza and loved Sunday nights in front of the TV as a family watching it. I am glad that we have this opportunity to own the original shows (without commercials) and the original theme song. All the extras are GREAT also. The commentaries to some of the episodes are worth watching and learning things I never knew about the actors. These DVD's are great and I would recommend them to anyone that has ever watched the show as they bring so many memories back from my childhood. We need more shows like this on TV today. If you have thought about buying these I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. I do hope that all 14 seasons are released on DVD and SOON!!!!

Bonanza season four is wonderful. Quality in the episodes and so many great special features. For being an older show, the quality of everything is surperb. For special features you see never before seen anywhere since the first airing on TV. Commericials the Cartwrights were in, TV clips, and pictures taken during the episode filming. This is a series that all should watch.

Once again, Bonanza Ventures has done a spectacular job in getting these uncut episodes to DVD. It is so much fun to watch the episode and then hear what some of the guest stars have to say about their time on the show. Victor French, who later played Mr.Edwards in Little House on the Prairie, has a guest starring role in this season. The Official releases of Bonanza just keep getting better and better. :)

Thanks to Spelling Productions and everyone responsible for getting this season of Bonanza out! Please keep them coming; it is so nice to see quality Dvds and the commercials from the 60's and other extra features bring back fond memories. Looking forward to hearing when the next sets will be released. :-)

Finally the dvd companies are listening to us, they know we want all fourteen season and we are on our way.Its nice to see the fourth season listed for release so soon after the third season has just been released.I am pre ordering mine as you should so they khow how successful this series will sell.Gosh all fourteen season's are already out in foreign countries makes no sense but we are finally getting the series transferred to region one dvds.Yeah!
