This is a nice umbrella but I ordered "classic" which looked on the photo to be green and tan. What I got was tan and medium brown. Nothing wrong with that except that all of my patio accessories are green. That was the only problem and not worth returning it.

We are very satisfied with this umbrella. Hopefully the packaging will improve as one of the end flaps were broken, but no damage to the umbrella. It was in excellent condition.

Did not receive shipment of umbrella!

Very frustrated. Never did receive shipment of umbrella. No customer 800 number. No option to file a complaint. Have since purchased an umbrella from JCPenney. Read more
