NEVER GOT TO USE IT,

The title says it all. The packaging was terrible, almost non-existant. As a result, the firebowl on top was badly broken, making it unusable. This had 2 positive results.
1.) The return process was tested an passed with flying colors. Easy and fast. I notified Amazon the same day it arrived broken and it was picked up the following day. 2.) The heater was taller than I really liked Bond 65030 Newcastle Outdoor Propane Mini Heaterso I was able to re-order a similar but smaller heater from the same manufacturer Bond 65029 Newcastle Propane Tabletop Firebowl with Lava Rock. It looks like this Bond 65029 Newcastle Propane Tabletop Firebowl with Lava Rock but was several dollars less costly (shipping was a bit more than this one. The construction, appearance, strength of the original one (#65030) was very good and these features are what caused me to re-order the smaller (#62029) heater. Since the smaller unit uses only a 1 lb. propane tank vs. a 20 lb. one in the original large heater, the heat output will be considerably less. However, living in the far south of Florida close to the Gulf of Mexico, we seldom get near freezing with late night "cold" temps typically about 45-50 degrees, so appearance is our main requirement. Over all, my experience was exceedingly good!
