An ok product...,

This review is from: Bond 6585 4 Piece Gardening Combo Set With Grass Shear, Mini Lopper, Pruner And Trowel (Lawn & Patio)
I purchased this set knowing that I already had a sturdy shovel so I wasn't too worried about the strength of that. Good thing because within the first 2 hours it broke on me. I was using in in dirt, digging out weeds, not clay or on rocks, apparently it is more for sand type use. Maybe I just don't know my own strenth! :) The other product are very nice and well constructed, they are easy to use and also easy to lock up after use. The packaging was nothing fancy just them plastic tie wrapped on a cardboard piece, pretty easy to remove, need knife or scissors.
Hope that helps!

I bought this just for the grass shear one and as far as I was concern for the price that was good buy. What a surprise when I got this package today. all the units are good product. I would not say they are professional but I would say the package is at least worth 2 to 2.5 times the $22. One draw back make sure you wear a glove when you use this. Because it is so much fun using them it is hard to stop and you could end of with blister. What a smart buy, I love it.

But what did I really expect for twenty bucks? The cheap plastic "screw" that held together the pruner had fallen out in shipping and it was in pieces upon arrival. The tools themselves didn't seem like they'd hold up to any type of actual gardening; perhaps if you were just cutting leaves or very fine branches, maybe... I ended up returning the set and purchasing something else.
