I had to go to the hardware store to find a bolt that will fit the opening in the cylindrical piece since the one included is too thin and slides right into the opening. When I called to ask for the correct size to be sent to me rather than have to return the whole heavy stand, I was told to contact the manufacturer. I think this company should do that for me since they are making money on each sale. It's such a simple assembly there is no reason one should not be able to use it immediately.
