I love this book! It was excellent. I don't remember exactly what I was looking for but this book by J.D. Layne popped up and I am so glad it did. Does anyone know if J.D. has any other books out there? Is it possible that this is the first book published by J.D.?

The writing took me away and it was so easy to visualize the words. It was like we were there.

Give it a read- you won't be disappointed!

I was so impressed with this book! I have been to Key West quite a few times and it was wonderful to read and picture the places in the book. The storyline was adventuress and I hated to be done with it. I hope he writes more books, J.D. Layne has me hooked.

I'm so glad someone recommended this book to me! It's a wonderfully imaginative story, with good character development and likable characters. J. D. Layne has obviously spent time in Key West. His rich descriptions put me right back to the places I used to live and traverse. Job well done! I've already recommended this book to friends!

If you love history, Key West, adventure ad rugged individualists then this is the book for you! Laynes colorful characters cone to life and you can bask in his descriptions of summer in the Keys.
