It was the first car accident on August 6, 2000, that motivated me to write the book because of the independent medical exam. It is not written in the insurance contract how the injured party is allowed to heal. I didn't know that massage therapy was covered with No-fault insurance. My outline for the Declaration of Injured Persons' Rights, should be a good start for informing people what they are covered for in case of injury. "
