Helpful read to a topic of pathology that doesn't make sense
Everyone knows by now that bone and soft tissue path is one of the most esoteric fields of surgical pathology. This book will not make u a superstar in this field but will certainly help you organize your thoughts and differentials regarding these tumors. Having the online access is an additional bonus. A little misleading . . .
Well, I bought this book thinking that I was getting a good, quick reference for Bone and Soft Tissue pathology to go along with my WHO Bone and Soft Tissue Tumor book, but really it's all tumor pathology as well. It's a good book for tumor pathology, but unfortunately it has nothing on non-neoplastic bone or soft tissue diseases. So, good book, just make sure you...

Well, I bought this book thinking that I was getting a good, quick reference for Bone and Soft Tissue pathology to go along with my WHO Bone and Soft Tissue Tumor book, but really it's all tumor pathology as well. It's a good book for tumor pathology, but unfortunately it has nothing on non-neoplastic bone or soft tissue diseases. So, good book, just make sure you weren't expecting a more comprehensive text like I was.

For trainees, consider this to enrich your library armamentarium, especially if your program doesn't want to disburse the $350+ that you would need to pay for the Enzinger & Weiss' monstrosity/bone-soft tissue bible.
