Update 1-20-2015: Just pulled the fogger out as we are experiencing some unseasonably warm weather and have had a lot of rain. Mosquitoes are becoming a problem. I fired up the fogger and much to my dismay, the pump has stopped working. Time to order a repair kit. :(
Propane vs Electric: We chose propane because we are developing several acres of bare land. This fogger is light-weight and easy to walk around with.
Size: This is not small, nor is it huge or oddly shaped. Minus the propane canister, this is easily stored.
The 'fog': Once lit, you will have to wait for the tip to heat up before it will start fogging. You will have to pull the trigger repeatedly as this is not a continuous flow of fog by just holding the trigger down.
Black Flag liquid flying mosquito killer: We have had a mosquito explosion in the mountains of Idaho this year. We treated approximately 3 1/2 acres in the evening. The next morning, no mosquitos. The little buggers came back the next evening, but were obviously few and far between.
Caution 1: The propane foggers have a heated tip and periodically you will notice a small flame. Be careful if fogging in tall, dry grass.
Caution 2: Let the tip cool down after use and before storing.
And a side note: our neighbors sprayed their property with some professional, $25/gallon stuff....which was not nearly as successful as this setup.
I would buy this again in a nanosecond!

FOGrx worked well out of the box. As suggested by others, I allowed sprayer to heat up five minutes before use. Read morePublished 10 months ago by Penn Yan 2
Took awhile to get the hang of it to prevent flare ups from insecticide igniting. Let unit heat up fog slowly and keep unit level do not tilt forward which tends to cause flareups. Read morePublished 11 months ago by Sams Pugs

Read ALL of the instructions!!! Use the thin propane bottles (14.1oz usualy blue). Unit will not work well with the Lateran type (green or yellow).Published 11 months ago by Homebody
This fogger has been working great for us. It's not a real long term fix - maybe if there was better insecticide, but it gets the immediate job done. Read morePublished 16 months ago by Marlene
