Not as loud as I thought (which is good)
My son loves playing these drums. They have proven to be very durable, but the drums and cymbal do become detached frequently. They are easy to reattach, but it requires adult intervention. As a huge bonus, they are loud enough to be fun, but I not so loud that we hear them downstairs when our son plays them upstairs.

Save your money
I had seen small drum sets starting at around $15. I figured they were cheap so elected to go with this set for $49. This drum set is worth about $20 tops! The sides are cardboard (mine were slightly damaged but I didn't bother with return as they won't hold up long enough to waste the time exchanging.) These were for my grandson's birthday so I'm keeping against my better judgement since he really wants a drum set. I had hoped that spending more for this set than the cheaper sets I'd get a bit more quality. Plastic would have worked... even cheap plastic would be better than the "cardboard". REALLY disappointed!!!! I've shopped alot online and this rates as the worst quality for the money item I've ever purchased!

The drums are not worth the price. They are very small and weak. I didnt receive my full refund after returning this item.
