About time!,

This review is from: The book of business etiquette (Paperback)
Finally a book about business etiquette! I found the history of etiquette to be especially interesting. And in today's world of zero customer service and ill-mannered children everywhere who grow up into rude and thoughtless adults - this book is a beacon of hope, that possibly for the self-interest of prosperity, business etiquette training may help actual etiquette and good manners and politeness come back into style. I can only hope that business etiquette will permeate into the personal lives of people everywhere. Thank you for a much needed book! And I would also like to say, as a word of advice to anyone in business, that I choose to ONLY do business with people who understand business etiquette, which is the cornerstone of customer service itself. The bottom line is that if you don't treat people right, they'll take their business elsewhere. - Aimee Elizabeth, Author of Poverty Sucks! How to Become a Self-Made Millionaire.
