Too big, not enough to color.,

I somehow skipped over the dimensional size of this coloring book when I ordered it. It's HUGE which also makes it rather ungainly to try and color in. If you're not a fan of laying on the floor and crawling half way across your work you're going to have do like we've done and just cut the pages out and fold them in quarters. For such a huge book there's not all that much to color. It doesn't appear to have any more images than 'normal' sized coloring books. Unless you're going for that "Wow, that's a really BIG book!" reaction this is one to skip. There's far better coloring books out there that are much easier to enjoy.

good information. but i really wanted just a coloring book, not a bio of butterflies... i will use it for a christmas gift for one of my grand children.

This book has been amazing for my kids. The older kids love the information regarding the butterflies and love to color and my youngest just loves to color on the "weally big book" as he calls it. We have most of the titles from this company and love them all. The kids love to sprawl out on the floor or at a table and color for hours and learn about interesting topics. It makes me feel so much better that they are doing something so productive and not just watching tv. I also give these books at all of the bday parties and they are always a huge hit with the kids and the parents! Don't stop coming up with new titles because our family and friends love the big fun books!!!
