This is a fairly thorough and easy to read history of the events that have shaped the way we celebrate Christmas today. Of all the historical Christmas books available, this has some of the most unique illustrations and photographs. Best of all it doesn't merely concentrate on how one particular country celebrates the holiday. If you can still find a copy, I highly recommend this book.
