great book,

This is an excellent book on many levels. I saw a copy a year or so ago and placed it on my Amazon wish list and this Christmas my wish came true. I have flipped through it and am now reading it. I will write some more when I finish, but it is clear after only a short time with this book that it is worthy of our attention. Also, it is now selling at modest prices and well worth it. It is altogether possible that the excess supply will sell out and the price go up, so you should buy one soon.
