The Complete Western Dragon: Almost Academical Research,

This is the nice well-illustrated book. Authors very accurately gathered a lot of legends and other informational sources concerned on dragons and dragon-related things. The rich pictures complement the text in a good matter.The book starts with scientificaly-strict description of dragon physiology, society, behaviour, magic and many such things. The second part of the book is devoted to dragons from legends and modern literature. Advantages: Well-developed almost academical description, exellent illustrations, text is easy to read. Disadvantages: The book is limited only to western dragons, price is high. Conclusion: The must-read for every dragon-lover who interest in western dragons. |
