I bought this for my wife, who is in the very early stages of Parkinson's and really doesn't have the noticable effects of the disease. She exercises most days of the week and is in very good physical shape. Her Parkinson's doctor told her that exercise is the very best deterent to Parkinson's. This book may be a great help to someone with more physical problems, and maybe in years to come will be of help to my wife.
