The Book of Fabulous Questions: Great Conversation Starters about Love, Sex and Other Personal Stuff

I have found this book to worth 100 times the money I paid for it. The author has brilliantly written and sequenced the "questions" from the very simple "get to know you" type to the more provacative & risque content. Everyone I've shared this book with has been remarkably more candid with their answers to society's "taboo" topics than I ever imagined. Plus, it makes it so much more fun when they know as soon as they offer their answer, they get to grab the book and ask you one! So many of these "question" books deal with morose and depressing topics, but not this one! Do yourself a favor and get this book! It's the best icebreaker I've ever come across. When does the next one come out?!

I absolutely love this book. Here's some basics:

* It is small enough to bring with you in your car, or into a restraunt if you are going on a date or something like that.

* There's 2 questions per page, and the book is 318 pages long. So you get over 600 questions. The text is also in large print, so it's easy to read, and easy to just open up the book and ask a question from any given page.

* The book is very well organized. More "innocent" questions are at the front of the book, with more personal questions in the middle, and the MOST private questions in the back.

* Categories are further broken down into subcategories, such as "Youth", "Career", "Habits", "Sex", etc.

The book may not have as many questions as other books, but I still give it 5 stars based on the quality of the questions (fantastic), the organization, and physical dimensions of the book. You can't go wrong here.

Just got back from Carnival singles cruise. There were ten people seated for dinner and know one knew each other. Someone brought the book and started asking questions from the book. Before dinner was over we all knew personal, intimate things about each other. I admitted to things I never told anyone before. It was a lot of fun!!

I purchased this book based on the reviews on the amazon website and was sadly disappointed upon reading it. The questions weren't nearly as fabulous as advertised: things like "do you sing in the shower?" and "how do you pamper yourself?". To be honest, I was looking for a lot more with this book. Next time I'll get something with a bit more substance and more thought provoking questions.

This book got me really into asking questions with my significant other. Most of the questions here were quite good and were great for sharing with friends but I was wanting to know even more about my sweetheart.

I found a better book that was written just for couples to really know each other called 1000 Questions for Couples at questionsforcouples. com

I just brought this book on a road trip with some people who were actually already good friends but we still learned a whole lot about each other. It was really fun and helped pass the time. We were using each others new found info all weekend to make jokes and laugh. Plus as the holder of the book I could sqeeze in any question I wanted to and pretend it was in the book.

A friend and I were making the delicate decision about moving into a romantic relationship. This book helped us to talk about many things we had never discussed. We decided to begin dating and things went very well. Imagine my surprise when my boyfriend used the book to propose, reading the question, "Will you marry me?" pretending to read questions out of the book! This book has been a great tool to get to know each other in different ways. We never would have discussed some of the topics without the book. Now we're planning to give a copy of the Book of Fabulous Questions to all of our wedding attendants!

Unlike other questions books, this book contains questions for all ocassions which make it one of the better conversation books I've seen. No matter who you are with, there is a question in Frohart's book that will fit the time and place

I took the the book to a party and we had an incredible amount of fun asking those "forbidden questions" in the last chapter of book of Fabulous Questions. My friends loved the conversation it generated and several of them have already gone out and purchased their own copy.

This book is wonderful. I thought I knew all of my firends, until this book...WOW! We laugh, cry, even argue but it's all in good clean fun. I love this book and I think that this is a GREAT way to get to know someone. Enjoy!
