This book is alive,
By Alma (Australia) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Book on Happiness (Paperback)
This book can provide every reader with a deep insight into human happiness, very much forgotten in today's lifestyle. Every new reading of this book helps making a little step toward our own positive strength and building our own living happiness that would not vanish after external circumstances are changed. Moreover, a rare knowledge, independent on any belief or illusive appearance of social masks. It is simply good to know that somebody with such insight had existed and left the way behind himself. The translation of this book is poetic and rich, truly enjoyable for reading.

One of my favourites,
By Rutger (The Netherlands) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Book on Happiness (Paperback)
"People who are looking for a certain luxury are searching for that commodity, not for happiness".The true source behind honest HAPPINESS is made clear; as BYR states elsewhere in about these words: the "fulfilling transformation from 'work' into 'a work'....". An incredible book and definitely worthwhile reading. Further: about the innocent, open-minded exploring, happy behaviour of the child and the obligation for us to create our own happiness (it doesn't "luckily reach us" while it "does reach others") -- always in an "eternal focus", so that it is of benefit to the individual now and after this life - and to the contemporary world around him.

Happiness that Lasts,
By "cmdr1" (Glendale, AZ USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Book on Happiness (Paperback)
Be surprised to read that it is our duty to be happy. Learn the simple truth behind happiness. Once you learn how your thoughts, words, and deeds affect your fellowman as a whole, you will realize the awsome responsibility you have in your daily life. Know the reason why we must have wealth and poverty. Be informed of the "spiritual value" of money and of the responsibility in the dispensation thereof. BYR explains what "spiritual love" entails, and tells of the power behind it. How to be healthier in body and mind is also covered.
