5.0 out of 5 stars
When the lobster whistles on the hill, March 22, 2000
This review is from: The Book of Jim (Paperback)
When it comes right down to it, what can you say about Jim Woodring's work? I mean, how can you articulate the rather slippery moods and thoughts engendered by this compelling collection of comics and zen prose? There's nothing I can say. You really have to experience it first hand. For those who aren't afraid to root around in some of the deepest, darkest, oddest corners of the subconscious (Jim's subconscious, although it might be yours, too) this book is a must.
