Fantastically Informative, September 9, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: The Book of Kerry (Ireland): Towns and Villages in the Kingdom (Paperback)
This book arrived yesterday and I just could not put it down.
I lived in Kerry for 2 years, my husband lived there for the first 25 years of his life.
We both found out things about Kerry that we never knew before.
The only disappointing aspect of this book was the illustrations.
Many of the photographs were in black and white. For a few dollars (pounds) more, the color photographs
would have made the book much more attractive. Someone might also like to inform the author and/or publisher that
there was at least one mistake made. On page 37, the photograph that is identified as a photograph of the Catholic Church of Sneem is actually a
photograph of the Church of the Transfiguration, The Church of Ireland in Sneem.
