I found this book very helpful for overcoming my fear of journaling. My notion of a journal was something that was organized, well thought-out and neat - and that just isn't me. So, while it may be too simplistic for experienced journalers, this book is perfect for the rest of the world! I had the privilege of recently attending a journaling class with Katrine, and she shared some of her personal journals with the class. I know that journaling will help me heal from past wounds, and I thank her for givng me the courage to do so.

This book is one-of-a-kind. I recommend it to anyone with an interest in journaling with a spiritual twist. Her techniques are phenomenal and are easy to implement. Whether you are just starting out or a veteran you will find this book useful as an aide.
