The Book Of Reframes is a great EFT resource. Can be used outside of EFT also to expand the possibilities in the Health and Wellness field. Very well done.

I am very skeptical about receiving my money's worth when people claim that their product,book,...will deliver all that you'll need. The Book Of Reframes delivers more for the EFT practioner or self EFTer than you could ever imagine. It is a must for anyone who wants to be able to get out of their (or their clients) rut of limiting thoughts. The book brings so many options of alternate thoughts that you realize how limiting your thoughts have been until now. The only thing that you have to lose from buying this book is your unwanted limitations.

I just took the EFT and Matrix Reimprinting courses from EFT Master Karl Dawson, he recommended this book to us. It is really wonderful, so easy to understand and real pleasure to read. It helps me to understand the reframing more thoroughly which definitely benefits my practice on EFT. Highly recommended!!

This great book is a must for all EFT practitioners. Bringing clarity and light to the challenging and the oftern tricky practice of reframing within the EFT session. The book of Reframes, thanks to its clearly written style and great layout is stuffed with excellent infomation. This book is a must.

With clarity and easy to read steps,Stewart offers some of the clearest explanations I have seen in the EFT world. His ability to combine instruction with examples and a story telling like manner gave me an appreciation for his book as well as made it as fun to absorb and digest the material like a kid in a candy store.

Whether you are an experienced practitioner or just learning about EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique you will find great value in this book. I suggest heartily that you go back over and over applying this technique as you will find yourself picking up skills and nuances you might have missed the first, second and even third time.
