Traditional patterns, and some new ideas, all making use of scraps you can't bear to part with, or fabric lengths you forgot about. I love that most projects show several color-ways to spark creative possibilities. And I very much love that the instructions offer both traditional methods and modern "speed" methods. If you're a scrappy quilt fan, this is an absolute must-have!

I am always looking for a way to use up pieces of material left over from other projects. This book shows me many ways of working up my leftovers. I prefer to call them leftovers instead of scraps. Scraps are something that you usually throw away while leftovers you put away for another meal. There are many patterns for everyone. Some simple and some more complex. It is a book that I can look at many times and hopefully use up some of my leftover stash.

There are so many beautiful scrap quilts in this book, all with the patterns and instructions, and two pictures of most of the quilts - flat and on the bed, which makes them easier to imagine real. They are all block quilts, wall and bed size, some more modern, some classics, some applique.

I'm addicted to quilting books, but find that in the end, a lot of my inspiration comes from this book. It includes many of the classics, plus some newer designs. The project range from easy to challenging. A great addition to any quilting library.

This book has lots of good pictures and the instructions on how to create great quilts. . .definitely a keeper. There are quilt patterns for all stages of quilting. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, you will find this a good source of quilting ideas.

After lots of big projects and with tons of leftover material, my mom needed some inspiration for her next project. I saw this book in a retail store but they wanted $30 for it. I popped up my Amazon app and found it here for much less. The seller shipped promptly and I popped it under the Christmas tree with some pretty fat quarters (from the original retail store) for mom. She loved all of them and is already planning on tackling several projects from the book.

There are many quilt instructions and ideas in this book. I don't like all of them, but I DO like most of them. My sister has a copy of this book. After looking through hers, I just had to have a copy of my own. The only thing I would change about this book is to made it hard cover.

Great patterns and lots of good ideas for scrap quilts. I read the book before I bought it and that is why I purchased it. I dont usually buy a book unless it has a number of patterns that I like and this one had a lot.

This is an excellent book and a must for all quilt lovers and I am glad I got it for a really good price.
