This book is a must. I have many books on this topic, but this book is at the top. It is extremely important to get honest facts, and this book has them. Many books on this issue are written by those with an agenda to promote their world view, thus ending up being one sided. Please buy and read this book.

This book shows you how to believe the true bible (every word) for the English speaking man. The whole basis is that God promised to preserve His Word. Stauffer proves beyond question that God did just that in the Authorized Version; The King James Bible.

Psalm 12:6 The words of the LORD [are] pure words: [as] silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

Note: The King James Bible is actually the 7th English bible from the received text. (pure words: [as] silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times) All of the other translations (versions) are from the Egyptian text.

Stauffer's book "One Book Rightly Divided" teaches you in an easily understandable manner how to correctly apply all the different sections of the Bible. This book, "One Book Stands Alone" shows you which Bible is the correct version. I was shocked when I learned the truth about the origins and the contents of many of the various versions of the Bible. Changed words and entirely deleted verses add up to inaccurate, sometimes downright blasphemous "bibles". Dr. Stauffer presents the data in a clear, easy to read, entertaining manner. If you are seeking the truth regarding which version of the Bible God wants you to read, "One Book Stands Alone" is priceless. Makes an excellent companion to "One Book Rightly Divided". Both books will be a priceless aid to new Christians and a valuable reinforcement to those already well versed in His Word.

Dr. Stauffer's book is the most thorough and easy-to-read of all the books written on the King James controversy. Even the "thees" and "thous" of the KJV are there for a reason. Anyone seriously wanting to understand the Bible and what English translation to trust needs to read this book first before going on to the others.

This is an outstanding book that totally explains why the KJV is the only true Word of God and gives excellent examples of the way all others are perversions of the Truth. I love the way it evangelizes before it is finished by taking the reader back to the garden of Eden and explaining why we need a Redeemer. If you care enough to want the whole untainted truth, this is the book for you! I wish everyone would read it!

The book is very well written and easy to understand. Information is very useful and has helped me to understand alot about the importance of keeping the King James Bible in my home.

For all who are really interested in understanding to TRUE Word of God...read this fantastic, informative book.

A companion book to Douglas D. Stauffers book "One Book Rightly Divided" about Biblical interpretation (Hermoneutics). This book clearly outline and give evidence showing that the King James Bible (KJV) is the only English language Bible that doesn.t come from the corrupted line of versions out of Alexandria, Egypt, But from Antioch, Syria. Others like the NKJV, ASB, NASB, etal. stray from what the original writings and all modern ones are only BOOKs, not Bibles and have copywrites just to earn their publishers money. Those are tools of Saten. Period.

I have read many books on the subject of Bible versions and I have to say in my humble opinion, "One Book Stands Alone" is one of the best out there. Douglas Stauffer provides a detailed examination between the King James version and the modern tranlations. As I read this book I had my KJV Bible and my other versions next to me and was shocked at the omissions and missing words that the modern translations had. As the church sleeps, the deity of Christ is being stripped away from the newer bibles and as the world prepares for a one world government and religion it has in place the modern translations to carry out its plans.

Other books that are helpful on the subject are "If the Foundations be Destroyed" by Chick Salliby, "Look What's Missing" by David Daniels, "let's Weigh the Evidence" by Barry Burton, and "New Age Bible Versions" by Gail Riplinger. After I read and did my research on this subject, I had my 30 year old King James bible rebound and have the only Bible I will use until the Lord takes me home.

If you own a modern translation like the NIV, NAS, or NKJV, or any other translation besides the King James version you owe it to yourself to read this book and find out for yourself. After you do your research, you will find that the King James Bible is the most trusted translation we have.
