These scriptures chronicle the complete truth, the history of man on this continent, North America. The Book of Mormon reveals more and deeper truths found in the Bible and also reveals that Christ came to Americas after His crucifixtion. Why believe? Just open your mind and begin to read and you will feel and know the truth speaking to you through this ancient book. It is the cornerstone of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and used with the Bible, to restore the original Church of Christ, through a fourteen year-old boy with barely an eigth grade education. The work chronicles almost a thousand years of history (and has the added benefit of those years being referred to in the footnotes, unlike the Bible). It tells of fleeing Jerusalem and reaching the "new world", to the rise of the righteous King Benjamin, to the miraculous conversion of Alma the younger. It speaks of Christs visit to the Americas and the people there even before Lehi and family. It also tells us plainly precious truths to keeping our lives in harmony with the plan of The Father and how rebellion will destroy us. In the end, the powers of darkness can only claim a partial, temporary victory, as the Book is hidden for a time. Now the Book is revealed again; and will never be taken until the fullness of time. Don't you want to know how to survive the Second Coming and live again with God?
