Books About Veganism, Health, & Animal Rights

C-Veg
The list author says: "I've always loved animals, or at least I have always said I love animals, but up until about two years ago the only animals I really gave any thought to were cats and dogs. I never gave much thought about where my food came from. I knew that the meat on my plate came from an animal being killed, and I knew the milk, cheese, butter, and eggs in my diet were from animal production, though growing up near farms where the cows did roam freely and chickens had plenty of outdoor time, I was completely ignorant to factory farming and where the dairy and eggs I ate actually came from. But when I decided to go vegetarian, to stop supporting the ruthless killing of animals, the more I learned, the more I knew I had to do all I could to keep any animal products out of my life.

These books helped me along the way;"

It's probably the best guide to being vegan out there, without judging, while being supportive and using common sense to show how easy being vegan can really be."
