This review is from: Boolean Algebra; a Self-Instructional Programed Manual (Hardcover)
This book should really have the title, "Boolean Algebra as applied to Switching and Digital Circuits." There is little in the way of the abstract theory of Boolean algebra, the emphasis is on the practical uses in describing and manipulating circuits. On that level, the book is excellent. It steps you through the basics, one step at a time and with complete explanations of the problem and the solution. After completion, you will have learned how Boolean algebra describes the digital operations behind computing, the rules of manipulation and how to create and simplify basic digital devices.
