I received one of these chairs as a gift.

It was defective since I opened it. The holes for the bolts don't match the hole in the chair's frame.
As a result I could not fasten the arms to the chair properly.

The chair stopped working after a few days.
There seemed to be a short in the electrical wiring. So we returned it and ordered a new one. This one had the same construction defects and after being stored for the last 3 months, I hooked it up to find that there is a short
causing the left speaker to cut out.

I will never again buy a product of this brand and I hope you don't either.

The product arrived without any of the hardware included to assemble the chair. I am on the 5th phone call to CSN and still have not received the hardware. The chair remains in pieces on my garage floor. One of the worse internet transactions I have ever made.

arm bolt holes don't match actual holes. most bolts go in crooked. bought 2 of these for my kids and had to return 1 because all 4 bolt holes for one of the armrest stripped out. poor quality for such a high price. don't buy this.

I read plenty of negative reviews about this chair prior to purchase. I am sad to say that they are all true. My chair arrived without the proper hardware to assemble it, and the audio system wiring seems to have some faulty connections.
I happened to have the correct size and thread of bolts on hand; but due to the poor fit of the armrests, and the very poor fit of the metal nuts inside of the chair's wood frame, I was only able to get 2 of the 6 bolts for the armrest to tighten properly. I was able to fix this problem by using drywall anchors and screws in place of the threaded nuts to secure the rest of the bolts.
The sound works, for the majority of the time. Every so often it tends to make a noise like an old dial up modem... slightly concerning. The built in sub really works well, enabling you to actually feel the sound from the chair.
It is definitely a TV chair by design, much too short for the average computer desk. I switched the original base with that of my old worn out $20 computer chair, giving it adjustable height and rolling wheels.
In spite of all the work to get this chair usable, I really do like it. It is comfortable, and when the sound works it really steps up the immersion. The chair looks really great, and with the different base makes it a good size for any average adult. The original base limits the chairs use for console or controller based games. The head rest adjusts to the perfect fit, this chair just fits like a glove.
The best part of the chair is its looks... Absolutely love how it looks at the desk.
Great chair... if you have the time and the patients to make it work. Much too expensive for the level of initial problems. But the final product is great.

I only rated it 3 stars, one because it's not tall enough for a 6'2" guy. And the audio isn't wireless. The chair it self is comfortable, the audio quality is awesome. It reminds me of a chair from Star Trek series. That was the one reason I bought it.
