The title says it all....GHS Boomers are great strings at a reasonable price (usually). I've used 8's, 9's, and 10's throughout my career(s) in music during the last 35 years. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is that I'm not happy with the packaging when you buy the 3-pack (3 full sets of guitar strings); you have six envelopes (one for each string of the guitar), each envelope has 3 strings inside, and to be honest, I'd rather not even touch my strings until I'm putting them on the guitar (corrosive skin oils, etc). The strings COULD end up with a light patina of corrosion on them if you don't replace your strings fairly often. I used to change mine every few days thanks to very steady gigs and daily practices, but no longer. But, these are still a great deal at these prices!

I ordered GHS Boomer extra lights and got lights, not worth sending back as we can always use them BUT they were not what I ordered.
