Every time my daughter receives a stuffed animal as a gift, I can barely suppress a groan. What is it about them? The kids love to snuggle with them, but there's a limit to how many can fit in a bed, much less a closet!

That's why I love the Boon Oval Animal Bag. This one is green, but it also comes in pink, and that's the one I bought for my daughter. Once it arrived, we pulled out all the stuffed animals I'd tucked away in various places to fill it up. It holds a TON of animals. In fact, as many as we had, we didn't actually get it filled enough for it to be as firm as a typical bean-bag chair. I padded out some of the extra space with extra winter blankets.

The animal bag is VERY well made. There are three entrance points, allowing the child to spot a desired animal and easily extract it from the bag. The zipper pulls are large plastic ovals, easy to grab even for little hands. And the softness of the bag is really fantastic. My 1-year-old son loves to run over to it, collapse on it, and roll around on the soft "fur."

If you're considering a bean-bag chair and want to avoid the potential danger of the fillers, the Boon Oval Animal Bag is a less expensive and safer alternative with a secondary purpose.

And the best part? Now the next time someone gives my daughter a stuffed animal, I can smile just as much as she does.

What a great way to keep all those bulky stuffed animals!

Our son, now 2, Loves it! He can easily open the zippers to get his favorite animals in and out o the bag, and it is actually comfy too!!!

This is one of the most clever storage solutions I have ever purchased. We love the Boon Animal Bag! The girls climb on it, jump off it, flop down on it, and sit on it to watch TV. Even my DH and I have been known to sit on it. The construction is very sturdy, and it holds a ton of animals. Just when you think you have it filled, the animals settle and there's room for more. The green fur is very soft and the "portholes" are a sturdy, fine mesh. We like that if the kids want one of their furry friends, they can unzip and retrieve them. Ahhh ... no more stuffies taking over the house!

One word of advice - Make sure talking stuffies don't find their way into the bag. Somehow Potty Elmo and Singing Brobee ended up in ours, and they made quite a racket (although the kids found it funny).

This animal bag is a clever solution to the problem of storing overabundant stuffed animals and it worked for a few weeks before the bag split along a seam, the zippers are excellent but the sewing on the seams is not strong enough. It is not an inexpensive item and I am disappointed that it has fallen apart...

We purchased this animal stuff bag (which holds all of our stuffed animals) for our first child a couple of years ago. We love it!! It has held up, soo far, very well and doubles as the perfect-sized bean-bag. It is too bad that this item is no longer available, as the ones (that come in colors that we like) are smaller. I would definitely buy this item again (I tried to) and recommend it to anyone with small children that like bean bags and stuffed animals.

Amazingly creative idea...someplace to keep all those stuffed animals that has a practical use. It's softer than a beanbag and cuter, too!!

I've bought three of these thingsBoon Green Oval Animal Bag now. Two of them are 6 years old, stuffed to the gills with everything imaginable including grandkids! The love to get in there and play. Because they are so well vented it is pretty safe - unless of course they start jumping on each other. The bottom line is these empty bags are versaile, comfortable and extremely durable.

I love this! I had been looking for a bean bag-type chair for awhile and was a bit dissapointed by what was out there, but even more dissapointed by the prices! So when I saw this for the same price as many of those bean-bag chairs AND it is something to contain the plethera of plush that had overtaken my daughters room? No second thoughts- I bought it. And I don't regret it. This thing is super sturdy and holds a lot of animals. And my 18 mo-old daughter loves to unzip it and pull out random toys. Easy clean-up, just stuff 'em back in! She also loves to do running belly-flops onto this thing and it provides a soft landing. She just lit up when she saw it and hasn't left it alone since. Plus, she got a fun pillow/chair without taking up ANY additional space since it's full of stuff she already had. In fact, it has actually SAVED space by just corraling and compressing all those teddies... Directions say you can machine wash cold and line-dry or dry clean. So far, it has wiped up with a cloth easy enough, but good to know for when we potty train since cleaning was a common complaint I read in reviews for some other chairs I was considering.

Great storage solution for all of the annoying stuffies that children seem to receive over time. It nicely holds all of my daughters stuffies and fits nicely under her bed so it is tucked out of the way, and can easily be pulled out to be used as a seat, or to play with some of her favorites.

My daughter has so many stuffed animals we used to fill a whole cupboard with them. We have just moved and while I was looking for some comfortable seating for her new playroom I came across this bag. I decided to give it a try, and bought one, expecting to need at least one more to put all the animals in. When I got it, I couldn't believe it! It is so spacious ALL her animals fit inside! She loves it, as she can remove her animals any time she needs them, and it makes storage SO easy. It is very soft and comfy to sit on, too. A perfect addition for her playroom.
