This strategy is to help improve retention, resulting in a larger lifetime value. That includes suggestions for when your customers receive their products at their home or office.

With hundreds of ideas, you're sure to find a handful that really make an impact in your business. As we're coming up on Q4, now is the time to test and implement the winning changes to cash in on the busiest shopping season of the year. Even though I'm not directly working in Ecommerce, I found a TON of value in reading Alex's advice. His years of experience really shine through and if there's one takeaway above all, it's to stop going with your gut and actually TEST what gives you the best results. In doing that, I've found some surprising winners, but the bottom line speaks for itself. Well worth the price -- thanks Alex!

Full disclosure: Alex has worked with many of our clients over the past decade+ designing more conversion friendly websites. I love what he has done in this book. While he offers hundreds of action packed tips, if all you do is implement one you will have paid off the book and any time invested reading this book. Plus you'll have a ton of other ideas to follow that one.

I highly recommend this book, this book is just what I needed to learn effective strategies for my online store and blog. As a new small business owner I need to be sensible about where I spend my money and highly effective with my time. I don't have the budget to hire a professional like Alex to build/run my E-Commerce store, BUT I can buy his book with all of his advice! Right out of the gate, the book gives general advice about driving traffic to your website. Alex helped me understand who my target customer is and how I should market to them and why. I just read through this book... there's a problem with it...there are WAY too many ROI friendly ideas to take action on. This is crammed full of really valuable advice. My favorite pieces are about Live chat ideas, making your site customer centric (but he actually explains what this means and how to do it) and the pieces about how to adjust your website and messages seasonally.

Nicely done. I am recommending this book to one of my customers who is just getting into design and user experience. Easy Read but very useful info. Nicely done!

I dove right into this book and I'm thrilled to say it is filled with tons of actionable content. And I mean tons. Not to mention the tips are for rocking it on e-commerce NOW in preparation for the holiday season. It is encouraging me to up my game this season. This book touches on topics I hadn't realized I needed to pay attention to, I'm impressed by how thorough it is. If you are looking for an easily digestable guide to growing e-commerce this is an excellent tool. Alex provides very good content in targeted chapters that allows you to keep the book handy and dig into specific areas for advice and reference when needed. The majority of the tips are very easy to implement and for the ones that take more time, Alex gives a roadmap. This is written by someone who has lived and breathed e-commerce for years so here you can pick up his key learnings without having to spend much time doing so.
