This book was wonderful. I've been diagnosed with PCOS for almost 8 years but was not affected by any symptoms until we were not able to conceive. After reading this book, I kept to the strict diet and within a few weeks, my hormones were all within the normal range for the first time in my life! I felt better than I ever have and had more energy than I have in years. It is more costly than eating normally and takes so much more time to prepare meals but it's worth every effort! I conceived on my fourth cycle after starting the diet and have continued through the pregnancy. This was a much better route for me than getting on medications. I am so thankful for the all of the helpful chapters in this book!
