This is the best eye-makeup remover ever!!! I got it at Target and it is amazing. You have to shake the bottle to get the blue and clear solution to mix, it feels a little oily but it gets all your makeup off easily. I wear waterproof mascara and have contacts and this is tough enough to get rid of all my mascara without rubbing my eye raw. Buy it!
