I have used this pack several times & love it. If you are the only one except your dog to have a pack, this is the pack for you. I stayed out 6 days on the Kenai & was able to carry everything I needed comfortably. I even impressed some of the guys on the trail. It had to have been at least 50lbs if not more, (never weighed it), it was difficult to get on, but once it was on, carrying it was a breeze. I just wished I didn't have the red one. I would recommend this pack to anyone who needs one to carry the heavy loads. I had tried several different brands, but Arcteryx has them beat.
