Beautiful Variety of Borders & Frames!
This book has beautiful frames and borders...and what a variety! Anyone familiar with Dover ClipArt will know that the images come in different formats--ALL of WHICH have white backgrounds which can easily be removed.

Hopes dashed...
Even through the frames are given to us in .eps form so they have transparent backgrounds.... they are not sharp and clear. It says that they are also in .svg format but there are none on the disc. Price way too high for what I received. This is most likely the last book on Dover images, etc. I will buy.

There's a nice selection of borders and frames in different styles and colors in this book. I returned it because all of them are on solid backgrounds - meaning if I want to use them in Photoshop, etc, I'm either stuck with the border/frame exactly as is OR I have to spend 10+ minutes removing backgrounds prior to use.
Also, over $30 dollars for what amounts to a CD with pictures of the contents is too much. $25 would've been a more reasonable price. |
