This is a truly cool anthology of the work of both of these really great artists. For those not familiar with their work, this is a fantastic chance to review most of their best work. For those already familiar, this is a chance to have that review at their finger tips.

Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell provide very realistic looking, and often sensual or partially nude, human forms typically set in a Fantasy or Futuristic setting. Many of these also contain realistic representations of God-like and Demonic creatures. But, it is V&B's ability to capture the human form for which they really stand out. Their artistic representation of the sensual human form is second to none and this book provides the best compilation of their work I have ever seen.

Anyone who is truly interested in Sensual Artistry should absolutely have a copy of this book.

I am not a big art book collector and therefore wanted to find a good collection of Boris and Julie in one book. The Ultimate collection is definitely that it's almost 200 pages in length and has a very good selection of both Boris's and Julie's work probably focusing more on Boris as he is the stronger of the 2 artists. Definitely recommend to someone who does not want to purchase all the individual Boris and Julie collections.

This is a great collection, especially for people who do not have many of the two artists previously published art books. If you do, (as I do) it is still a nice collection with a few extras thrown in. It is a good book for anyone who likes either of these two artists.

I've been a fan of Boris Vallejo since the late 70's. He was a major inspiration for me in my own artistic aspirations. Say what you want about his composition or subject matter but you can't deny that he is the undisputed master of his technique. His wife, Julie Bell's style is almost indistinguishable from Vallejo's but she has mastered Boris' painting techniques with enough expert panache to make them her own. Although I wish there was more emphasis on Boris' earlier work, this book is a beautiful compilation of some of Vallejo and Bell's best work. The print quality of some Boris' classic pieces is below par for this type of book, but overall this is a must for longtime fans and newcomers alike.

As a 20 year fan of Boris Vallejo's work, I absolutely loved this book. It showcases many of their better pieces done over many years and shows the distinct and complimentary style of both artists. It was given as a gift to someone who never heard of him before and was the best Christmas present (he said) he had ever received. It is a true coffee table book!

I got this book for my son for Christmas, as well as the calender. He has calenders from many years and when I saw the book, I just knew it was for him. He really likes it, and says there are a lot of pictures in it that he has never seen before. It was definitely a winner.

Well done and if you are an admirer as I am of Vallejo & Bell as I been for over 22 years I adore this.

I got to say Julie Bell's work is not my kind of artist but her artwork is outstanding. and I would tell anybody that has an interest in "Good" artwork to check her work out too,..

I love this book and am glad to report my findings. I have received it, and can tell you that for afficionados of the genere it is must have item. The works of Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell: consumate, super-Artists in my view. Are most certainy worth high praises. I look forward to buying and acquiring more of their work through Amazon.com. I have just one word for this book, "Gorgeous"!!!
I've followed Boris Vallejo's work (even got to meet him in person)since his humble beginnings! As a fellow artist, In my opinion, He is a Modern Master. I also had the chance to meet him with his wife Julie Bell though I don't think they were married at the time, Who's work also is extraordinary. I learned that if you want to be great learn how the great people do things then go make your own unique sandwitch!
So get this book and study, study, study and then go make your own sandwitch!
