Great item if you're looking to class up your debilitating alcoholism without sacrificing too much of your precious whiskey money.

This is a entry-level set consisting of a decanter and 6 glasses. The first thing I noticed was that the stopper on the decanter was pastic, and not glass, as I expected. This makes the decanter look and feel a little cheap. But on the positive side, both the decanter and glasses seem to be well made and look nice on display. Each feels solid in your hands, which gives them a rich apearance. The pattern on the glassware also gives it a touch of elegance. All in all, the set is worth the money paid. If you are looking for whiskey set that looks good and won't break the bank, I would recommend this. However, if you don't mind spending $20 more, there are other sets that offer true elegance.

Purchased this whiskey set via macy's.com on amazon and it arrived in tact! Other reviews stated the set arrived in pieces, so this worried me. I bought this for my boyfriend's birthday and I am sure he will love it! He saw a similar item for mucho $$$ at chrome hearts, which I would never be able to afford, so this set is a great alternative. The glasses are not super light, but not the high-end heavy kind either...we're in our twenties, so I think for us, this is good enough. If you are buying for a older person who really knows their stuff.. you might consider the more high-end sets.

Glasses and decanter are all solid feeling and clear. Obviously not the best or most beautiful, but very good for the price.

Bought this set for a wedding gift, I surely hope the young couple like them as well as I do, with the art-deco design on the glasses which are difficult to see from this picture, but it is a rather unique set for a nice gift. Even I wanted to keep this set, because the quality is superior with Bormioli Rocco which is made/sold mostly in Europe for restaurants/pubs. After hearing that the Bormioli company has closed recently, this news made me wish I could stock up on almost anything made by this brand, my oldest daughter purchased wine glasses made by Bormioli Rocco at Ross Dress For Less & she likes the simplistic design & quality as well. I highly recommend any glassware/crystal from this high-end small company. What impressed me most was the weight of these pieces which was very heavy & substantial & for the low cost was very nice without breaking the bank, I think the design & craftsmanship will endure for years.

I purchased a few of these decanter sets as part of a gift for the guys in my wedding party. They were a huge hit and everyone had them filled with scotch or whiskey as soon as they got home from the wedding. Much better quality in person than the photos depict. I'd definately recommend this style of decanter over the clear glass ones as this style looks much nicer when filled.

I purchased this set for our bar in our home and it is beautiful. I even ordered 2 additional bottles that match this one through Amazon so we had a "complete" bar set. (Honestly who only keeps 1-type of liquor in their home?)
People who come over to our home have even commented how beautiful the set is and asked where we purchased it. So far I have seen that 3 of our friends have purchased this set and additional bottles too for their "complete" bar set.
Overall, it is a beautiful set and I highly recommend it.

I purchased this set fully knowing I chose the lowest price product I could find. I just wanted an inexpensive set to set out some whiskey and glasses in my living room. I expected to get some flimsy, pattern-less glass that looked nothing like the item pictured. I was pleasantly surprised! The glass is thick and sturdy and has a very nice look to it. The plastic stopper on the tumbler keeps a good seal as well. For the price I paid, I couldn't have asked for anything better!

I was skeptical ordering this set off the internet, especially at this inexpensive price. I was worried it would be thin and cheap. However, it was beautiful, sturdy and lovely. I ordered 3 sets for Christmas and they were all very well received. Excellent product and wonderful price!

This is very nice Decanter set. It feels heavy and well made. I gave it 4 stars because 1 of the glasses was broken on arrival. Packing needs to be better.
