5.0 out of 5 stars DEFINITELY THE BEST HOOP HIGHLIGHT DVD PUT OUT THIS YEAR
something different from the street ball highlight dvds. good sections on paul pierce, his coach, some of his friends and a personal interview with him in his high school gym. great highlight high school footage of all-star nba basketball players run over tight 50 cent beats. if nothing else it is a nice collectors item.

2.0 out of 5 stars I love ball but this didn't work for me.
If you've watched the NBA you've seen better hightlights. I really wanted to like this, but it just didn't work for me. It really wasn't worth getting, very disappointing. It just had endless highschool videos of dunks, no insight into the players or their lives or their real skills. Lots of player I didn't recognize or care about their highschool carers. Kind of...

5.0 out of 5 stars Unbelievable, July 9, 2003
This review is from: Born to Ball (DVD)
Iverson, Kobe, Garnett, McGrady, Paul Pierce, all in HIGH SCHOOL! Unbelievable footage of a ton of other guys too. Richard Jefferson, Amare, Dujuan Wagner, Jason Richardson, and about 20 other NBA starts.

50 Cent music. This is awesome.

Kind of boring, something like the Allen Iverson video is more interesting.

The dvd was great if u like mad blocks and dunks but if otherwise then it won't really be very good. I like it but it's not like they did to many great moves like the AND 1 mix tape.

5.0 out of 5 stars CRAZY, July 12, 2003
This review is from: Born to Ball (DVD)
I've never seen a tape like this- I've have a lot of bball dvd's and nothing compares to this. A whole dvd of crazy high school highlight footage of AI, Kobe, TMAC, KG, Amare Stoudemire, Jason Richardson and goes on and on.
The tape is hosted by Paul Pierce with dope beats throughout the tape. This is a collectors tape for hoop junkies.

5.0 out of 5 stars If you love basketball, get this DVD, April 10, 2004
This review is from: Born to Ball (DVD)
Born to Ball is off the chain. This thing features clips of Kevin Garnett, Allen Iverson, Tracy McGrady, Paul Pierce, and Kobe Bryant, along with up and coming stars like Jason Richardson, Zach Randolph, and Amare Stodamire. And get this, all these clips came from when they were high school prep stars. It would be better though if they had longer clips and other stars. But don't get me wrong, Born to Ball is one of the freshest DVD's out there. So if you want to see some of this fresh footage, you better get Born to Ball. Oh yeah, 50 Cent is one the DVD. SWEET!!!!!!!!!
