5.0 out of 5 stars The coolest gangster film ever, July 28, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Borsalino [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This is a great film. The musical score still sticks in my mind since I saw the film as a child. The initial fight scene between Belmondo and Delon is one of the great classic scenes in the movies. I also remember the fish market scene, as the duo begin to slowly take control over Marseilles' rackets. They have to re release this on video.

5.0 out of 5 stars OUTSTANDING & LOT'S FUN, July 7, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Borsalino [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Originally called "The Bandits of Marseille", "Borsalino" should only be seen SUB-TITLED, the dubbed version has ruined the film. Why it is "R" rated is beyond me...and yes I have the original soundtrack which is not for sale.

5.0 out of 5 stars A thinking persons ganster movie, what a great soundtrack, May 15, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Borsalino [VHS] (VHS Tape)
A great "buddy" movie. I remember seeing the movie when it came out, great story, but what I remember most was the music and sound track LP. A couple of friends who choose a life of crime, the good life and suffer the consequences. I would like to see both the Soundtrack and Video on the market again.
