This desk pad is wonderful--felted on the bottom so it doesn't slide too easily, but with a firm linoleum top to keep pen from pushing through paper. The Cognac leather trim is exquisite, though a tad darker than the photo here suggests (undoubtedly due to strong lighting by the photographer). I looked at many desk pads before selecting the Bosca. But I am glad I chose this one.

This is much larger than I imagined. Impeccable quality, as is to be expected by Bosca products. The center piece is not leather, but it's durable and not tacky even when juxtaposed next to such great leather.

If you order from their site, you'll pay more but you have the ability to monogram it.
