I bought this demolition hammer for remodeling commercial buildings where we are removing bricks and taking out sections of masonary wall. It is a very rugged and reliable tool and looks like it is going to last a long time with no problems.

Light and compact demolition hammer. I used it right out of the box to brake 4" to 6" thick gunnite in a smimming pool for 3 straight hours. The tool was barely even warm. For the next two days I used it on and off removing brick off walls. Like many other Bosch tools I own it is a very trustworthy machine and will definitely pay it self back soon.

As a remodeling contractor I need reliable power tools that will enable to me to be more efficient at my work. The SDS demolition hammer is an amazing machine. With a 3" SDS chisel blade I am able to tear through tile floors and cement backer board in no time. It is a bit heavy but then again its a heavy-duty piece of equipment. Like all my Bosch tools, its well made, comes in its own hard case, and consistently gets the job done.

I am a tile contractor.I have used this tool for 2 years now.It has flawlessly tore up 1000's of feet of tile and thinset without breaking a sweat.I have also used it several times to break the concrete slab under bathtubs so I could move the drain.It can break concrete slabs,but,I wouldn't consider this an everyday breaking hammer for large jobs.It is an excellent chipping hammer.Lightweight,powerful and very durable and very reasonably priced.Highly recommended for chipping tile or breaking small areas in a concrete slab.
