This 18-volt cordless tool features an innovative hammer and anvil system that delivers up to 1,250 inch-pounds of torque and produces twice the torque of gear driven systems found in most standard drill drivers. A soft-grip handle absorbs impact and reduces fatigue. A high-performance motor and all-metal gears make this impact drill super fast, operating at speeds of 3,200 BPM and 2,800 RPM. All this power and speed in a lightweight and compact design (4.6 lbs. 6-1/2 inches long) makes this an incredibly versatile tool for wide variety of drilling, fastening and driving applications. An aluminum gear housing with protective rubber front makes this tool is jobsite tough. Externally accessible brushes mean maintenance is a snap. Other great features include: a 1/4-inch hex drive with quick release, a variable-speed trigger, a multi-purpose reversible tool hook, and a multiple-position swivel LED light for enhanced visibility.

WOW! What a driver!!!,

This is the top of the line impact driver from Bosh and it has worked great! I was able to drive a 3" drywall screws through a 2/4, sheetrock and into the stud without a pilot hole and very little resistance or cam out. I really like the fact that the torque is transferred to the screw and not my wrist and arm! I have gone back and tightened lag screws with no problem...this thing will actually bury the washer in the wood if not too careful!

This drill has some serious torque. It prevents stripping screw heads
and for its size and weight it outdoes the heavier bulky non impactor cordless drills.

It will sink a three inch screw, through a couple of pressure treated 2x12's, as if you were cutting butter with a knife..... the Best.
